You will receive a reply e-mail back from us (generally within 3 hours of submission) with a confirmed appointment date and time.
NOTE: Submission of an appointment request does NOT constitute a confirmed appointment.
We will do everything in our power to schedule an appointment that matches your request as closely as possible. There may be times that we are unable to accomodate your requested date and/or timeframe due to previously scheduled appointments.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE OR NEED TO CANCEL YOUR CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT YOU MUST NOTIFY US AT LEAST 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE VIA E-MAIL (firstname.lastname@example.org) OR LATE/MISSED APPOINTMENT CHARGES WILL BE ASSIGNED AND THE CONTAINER WILL NOT BE UNLOADED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF THESE CHARGES.
